Complaint: My wife and I purchased a Galant April 2004 from Modesto Mitsubishi. At this time I am to upset to talk about the sales people. But I do want to talk about the service of the car. When we purchased the car there were a few minor scratches on the car. And the seems on the bottom rear seat and front passenger seat were coming a loose, and one of the rear speaker covers was broke. However the sales person and Ryan in service told us that they would fix all the problems on the car. Well a few days later we drop the car off for repairs. And keep in mind I had been calling Modesto Mitsubishi everyday before dropping off the car to make sure they had the seats and speaker cover in stock. And both kept telling me yes. The car was in the shop for days, and to my shock when I came to pick the car up. Modesto Mitsubishi had only fixed the minor scratches. My seats and speaker cover had never been replaced. And now I have been calling the dealer for about a month to bring the car back in for repairs. And now from what I hear is the dealer is close. Now where do I go, there is no dealer close to me at all. I think Modesto Mitsubishi service SUCKS. Minard Stockton, CaliforniaU.S.A.
