At 10:54 this morning I went on line to try and get Guns and Roses tickets. I found www.box-officetickets.com/ when I typed in buy guns and roses tickets. Thinking that is was the box office for the Rogers center where the concert is being held in Canada I ordered the tickets. When I received an e-mail saying that I would not get the tickets until two days before the show I got a sinking feeling in my stomach. I started to do some extra research. I found a chat window for the company and asked if they could refund me my money as they were not the company I though I had bough the tickets from. They refused to saying that I had agreed to a no cancellation policy. I then called my Credit card company to find out that not only had I dealt with the wrong company but they had charged me in US dollars. My Credit card company can’t stop the charge as it had already gone through. I am now out $500 for a concert that should have cost me $300 and I have no way to know if I will ever get the tickets. I am desolate that nobody seems to be able to help me to get this resolved. There is no way for them to have bough the tickets yet and they could not have processed my purchase by the time I contacted them with my error.
